OEM part and fit as it should. It does not come with the rivets needed to install it. Not an issue but definitely worth mentioning if you are a do it yourselfer with limited access to a parts store. Prompt shipping and is what was needed to fix the sagging headliner in my daughter's Beetle convertible.
