Bought this jacket for my daughter for Christmas and there’s two zippers on the main one. One zipper goes to the top and the other goes to the bottom, however neither of them fully unzip so you how to pull it over your head like a hoodie. They basically just zip into each other and you’re stuck. I can’t believe this was the intent of the design. Volcom’s customer service stinks as they can’t answer a general question on this design.
