I bought one of these swings a few years ago for my birds, and they loved it. After much daily use, the wooden base started to fall apart, so I thought I'd buy them a replacement. Unfortunately, the base of new swing was mounted sideways, so it's difficult for them to stand on, and they rarely use it. It was too much hassle for me to exchange, and too much of a gamble for me to repurchase.

My bird loves this style of swing the best. However, this one I received, the chain for hanging it, was a little long.

My six cage-free budgie parakeets likes to stand on these to eat spray millet from hanging foraging containers. I changed out the chain for a bird safe rope, because I was afraid that they would get their claws stuck in one of the chains.

Had to replace the old one our cockatiel had for he chewed away one of the cross boards and found this replica on Amazon. Looks as posted. Sturdy. Clip on the chain ends makes it easy to install. Good product. Would purchase again.

Definitely for smaller birds, I don’t see how the photoshopped parrot would ever fit, it would swing too much. Took my birds three weeks to use but happy they eventually used it. It swings a lot and doesn’t seem stable but provides entertainment.

Nothing to dislike. It's small; haven't seen more than 1 parakeet on it as a time, but it's a lovely waiting place before flying off to the next spot in the aviary
