Great tv, no complaints there. However, HORRIBLE remote. I’ve replaced two in 6 months. Not only do buttons not work well, the remote itself is very slippery in the hand & the battery cover easily comes loose when using the buttons that work. It’s total garbage. 🗑️ Also, it took 10 DAYS to get the replacements. One would think that when a company is fulfilling a warranty replacement, they would expedite the shipment. Working, slowest form of shipping possible. And this was AFTER 2 ½ hours on the phones multiple out of country “help”.

I’ve been around Visio TV’s since the early 2000’s. I’ve had 4 of the TV’s and all have been great programming TV’s. Just have a few things to say about this one vs the older units I’ve owned.1 the newer tv tuner is a bit weaker then what I’m use to, but the work around is to get the OTA recorder homework by Mediasonic and you’ll be set.2 is the remote is a bit lacking but is functional. You can use the older remotes on this tv with no issues. And are pretty cheap on eBay.Closing comments, I think unit is built well, and will serve my purpose with all the extras that are built in. I am thinking about getting a second one for my bedroom as that one is 15 years old and can use an upgrade.

A very nice tV for the price of 238$. It was delivered in 2-3 days. It was easy to set up with no problems. It hooked up to my HD tv antenna so I could get local channels.The picture was perfect.It was easy to operate. I didn’t like the remote that well. The mute and the sound buttons are on the side and was always getting on them when I didn’t need to. I am getting used to it now do it will not be a problem.

The first unit came with a broken screen. Nothing that anybody else could have done different than what I did. There was no damage to the box, but a crack on the screen. And I was taken care of first by amazon and second by vizio, and everyone was top notch.On point and helpful, a new unit was sent right away. It's over here doing an OS. Download successful. It's doing its thing real happy at the service I got. Thank you very much to whoever a couple.Three days out of the t, v, when you get used to, it is almost torture

This is a great television for the price! Packaged neatly in the box, there is a protective piece of cushioned cardboard taped over the screen, and the tv itself is inside a large bag you use to lift it out of the box safely. Once you attach the legs (or attach it to wall mount), the startup guide is quick and painless. Just connect the television to your WiFi, and the startup guide walks you through everything from registering your device to activate the warranty, to setting up and logging into your streaming apps and more.The sound quality is decent, however I do recommend purchasing a sound bar or other sound system as the TV doesn't have great bass in its speakers, so watching movies can sound a little lacking at first. I bought a sound bar that is able to connect via the Optical chord, or Bluetooth. I decided to connect via bluetooth, and the TV handled that flawlessly. It also works with any blutooth headphones for listening privately if, for instance, someone is sleeping and you'd like to listen without waking them.Picture quality is great, with numerous screen profiles you can choose from, or you can calibrate it yourself to your own specifications.Overall, I'm VERY happy with the product. Highly recommend.

Bought this TV in February of 2022. Set up was somewhat easy, but I soon realized that the picture was somewhat smokey and not clear, like the contrast was off and no matter how much I adjusted the picture settings, I could not get it to go away. I have Samsung and TCL TVs in my home, and they have better, sharper, and clearer picture than this TV, and with much less adjustment in the picture settings. Not a deal breaker just yet because rearranging some of the lighting in the room did help somewhat. Not completely, but I could tolerate.After some time, I began to realize that the only app that worked consistently is the Vizio Watch Free app. Started having a lot of trouble opening apps like Netflix, Disney, Fubo and so on. All these apps work great on all other TVs in all other parts of my apartment. Tried both wireless and direct connect ethernet and no difference.Then, the TV would lose internet connection. No other device in my whole apartment had problems. Again, tried both wireless and direct connect ethernet. Had to reset the TV to get it to reconnect to the internet.Now, on top of those problems, I turned the TV on a couple of days ago and got what is in the picture attached. I can see maybe 6 inches of the top of the screen and then the rest is just a bunch of color and lines. I can get sound OK, but no picture. Trying to use the remote to reset the TV is an act in Futility.Never have I had so many problems with any TV. Guess I'll try Vizio Support, but after reading some of the reviews with problems similar to mine, that may also be an act in Futility. Wish me luck. I will let you know.
