Basic white legal pads. The papers tear easily. The cardboard on the back is a little thin, but I use them on a clipboard so I don't notice that. The lines are printed well one each page. This is a good value and just like anything you'd buy at the local store.

The paper could be a bit thicker but its not for archival purposes. These are one-and-done notes

I’m a person that enjoys writing letters to people. Yes, it’s mostly gone to wayside, but for me it is more personal and gives the recipient the feeling of someone cares. The paper is of good quality, having 6 pads on hand was a good choice considering how many you receive in packages, very cost effective. I did use a marker on a couple of letters it went bled through very little.When time comes I’ll buy again

First, a word of disclaimer. When I placed the order for the ViVin writing pads I stopped reading after seeing "legal pads" in the title. I was surprised and disappointed to receive the small 5x8 size pads. In my world, "legal" size is 8.5 x 11.75 inches. The mistake is mine but I do find the title misleading. I didn't reduce any rating stars for this issue but wanted to perhaps save someone else from making the same error. I did reduce rating stars due to cost.The quality of the writing pads is good. The performation at the top binding is appropriate and allows for the removal of each page cleanly, without tearing. The finish of each page is comparable too brand name options. Allows for smooth writing with pens, pencils and markers. As other reviewers have mentioned, markers may bleed through to the backside of the page, but I've experienced this with other brands. The size of the pad makes it easy to carry lists in my purse. The cost of the ViVan writing pads is higher than comparable non-brand name pads.
