It works but I don't feel confident that it will last long with heavy use.

I purchased this pad to use with my Viking Tactical belt for when I want to wear it over my ACU blouse instead of a tucked in combat shirt over the pile belt that goes through your trouser belt loops. The pad works perfectly and is just the right length, thickness, and width.

I’m using it with a blue alpha belt. I was able to squeeze it through my holster loops for added stability. I like the extra loops on both ends of the inner belt. Great for additional anchor points.

This isn't a bad belt but it is definitely made of Cheaper material and you could probably find them a better quality for a little bit more money if that's what you're looking for, this on their hand does hold up with its decent sturdiness but if you're looking for a belt just for holding up your pants then this one would be all right.

I have a couple of battle belts. One of which is a 1 1/2" belt that is supposed to be used with a velcro inner pants belt. I have found using the VISMIX inner belt to be a much better option for me. Highly recommend this inner belt over similar systems.

These anti-slip liner belts are designed to give you easy "on/off" attachment of your duty or battle gun belts. The liner belt takes the place of your standard "everyday" belt, the out facing side has the Velcro "fiber" fabric on it. It goes on just like a regular belt, through the "loop" holes. Most "loop" holes are designed to accept up to a 1.5" belt. Unfortunately, this belt is 2.5" wide so it will not fit through the loops. Next, most liner belts have a Velcro tab on each end of the belt so you can adjust the tension, just like a standard belt. This belt does not. Most of the duty/battle belts have the "hook" portion of the Velcro on the inside edge so you can connect the two belts securely together. This feature allows micro adjustments to your D/B belt to fit your needs and body style. The main purpose of this style of connection is to allow the wearer to run, jump, climb, etc. without the worry of the belt shifting or falling off. Sadly, this liner belt does not fit the bill here. I feel it needs a few more tweeks to a make it work properly. The price is right, the design is wrong. Please look elsewhere for a better design.
