I had the hardest time finding a good quality probiotic for my newborn. This one has all the strains I wanted and was safe for her age. Not only was their packaging prestine, there is also an indicator strip telling you if the product is safe to use (since it needs to remain cold). I was very impressed with the shipping/packaging.After using one of the probiotic bottles with the dropper attached, my product continued to leak. So muchbof the produxt had been waisted.I contacted the company and they sent a replacement immediately. No issues with the new bottle.Amazed with the customer service, but also this product.Using for my newborn who had to go on antibiotics at 2 weeks old. I know it will help rebuild the good bacteria in her gut.

I have purchased this product 4 times for my now 14 year old medically complex child. This product has performed miracles for my son.The hospital and specialists several occasions now have had no idea how to help my son get better. They just would say they didn’t know what was wrong or how to help him get better. So sadly I have had to figure it out myself. Many times my son has had massive amounts of antibiotics shut down his Gi system. I will not get too graphic but pure clear liquid was coming out of his bum. He could not tolerate food at all. As he withered away he was given TPN. I did research and bought this.He slowly started getting formed bms and slowly returned to soft solid form. I was able to then give him small amounts of food through his feeding tube. Increasing over time until he was back to his full amount of enteral nutrition. ( through his belly).TPN is very serious stuff and you have to have a central line or PICC line in order to get it into your bloodstream. Since he also has a shunt in his brain it is very high risk to have at the same time. Using this product I was able to get him off TPN and back on food 3 times. I had to use it again this year because he needed antibiotics for a minor illness.It took a lot this last time for some reason to get him back to normal. I started using the infant version as he tolerates it so well. He was still not back to normal, so I got him the adult version. It was getting better but still not fully there so I got the infant one again. Then he was back to normal! His whole life we were lucky if he gained 5 pounds a year. The last year while using this product, even with everything he has been through he has gained 60 pounds!These are all miracles from this product. My only complaint is that the infant version bottles are not good enough to keep the product in. It leaks out. I now transfer it into a different container because of this. So if you do use it maybe get something else to keep it in so you don't waste your money. Hopefully the company will make a better bottle for it. That doesn’t leak.Thank you so much Visbiome for making this product. It is a lifesaver.

Easiest way to get this probiotic; better for travel than packets of granules.

Product is preforming as promised.However, the packaging permits a good deal of the product to leak out.A good deal of waste and expense.

Helped my daughter recover from antibiotics, and when the product expired before it could all be used, they sent extra. Definitely recommend.
