I've used these several times since purchasing and they work great. The size is true to their chart and they are comfortable overall. I've noticed a lot more bounces with wearing these as well.

Went paintballing the other day with these sleeves and they're great! Unbelievably comfortable and true to size. The rubber grip on the bicep is much better than the standard elastic that digs into your skin. I especially like the outer/inner palm padding it does its job when it comes to diving and crawling even on extremely abrasive fields (desert paintball). I highly recommend these especially for the price, cant go wrong with Virtue products they've been in the game for a long time and don't disappoint.

I've tried quite a few different elbow pads and so far these are the most comfortable I've ever worn.
