Chairs was purchased for my daughter by her brother for a Christmas gift. He forgot to purchase the warranty. One of the chairs brace bar has broken. Can that part be replaced? If so, how can I purchase it?

Counter height, Dark gray velvet chairs with great quality. Chairs have great cushion and good stability. Assembly took quite some time but definitely worth the price!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I absolutely love the chairs, unfortunately for us it wasn't tall enough for our counter and it doesn't come taller than 26" unfortunately. Other than that, the quality of the material is great, wood legs are strong and great stability and definitely not cheap and the color is on point. Once I put one of the chairs together, very sturdy. Easy to put together as well.

Don't buy - they look good but made super cheap and not sturdy at all. Waste of money.

The barstools are very nice and pretty especially at that price, but the workmanship on the legs is a little lacking. On some of the crossbars the holes that were drilled for a bolt are either drilled to small or some had too much paint and would not let the bolt seat all the way in. The ones that the holes were too small I had to drill out with a spade bit to get to the correct size and depth so that the bolt supplied would fit, on the ones with too much paint I had to force the bolt in and scrape out paint. Also, on one of the legs the insert for the bottom of the leg cap was too deep for the screw in cap to grab sufficiently. Other than the above problems the barstools are very nice!

These stools are super comfy and sturdy, and the counter height is perfect for our kitchen island. Nice padding and the velvety surface has a lovely feel. The rings on the back are handy as well. These chairs have a higher back on them than most, which we like since we tend to lean back and rest in our chairs. I bought these two years ago, and they've held up beautifully even with some members of our family being a little on the larger side. We also have cats that love to jump up on them and lounge - their claws have not made any permanent marks in the surface of any of the chairs. The grey color and the color of the wooden legs was exactly as pictured.When I purchased, one of the stools had an incorrect piece for the connector on the legs. I messaged the seller and they promptly sent me the correct piece - fantastic customer service experience. All in all, highly recommend!
