Over the years the switch took a beating. Old one was not clicking when we pulled on chain. Replaced it with one of these and our ceiling fan is working perfectly again. I was ready to change the whole ceiling fan but decided to give this a try first. Glad I did!!

This product worked well, but was difficult to get everything back in... it appears this product is slightly larger than the original one that came with the fan.

I used this switch as a a replacement for our ceiling fan switch. Tip: this only includes the one for the light. Order another one for the fan itself while you are at it, as it will go out next!
