These are not top-end precision bass tuners, but for the cost they work great. The keys turn smoothly and there isn't much slop in the gearing. The color is good, as is the finish. There are no noticeable pits, dings, or blemishes that I found. They are a great upgrade to that $100 bass you bought to learn on, or if you're changing hardware colors and don't want to invest a lot, they are a great option.

These things are accurately large just like vintage Fender tuners. Installation is easy, but check the dimensions of these tuners in the product description to verify they will fit. They come in nice packaging like higher-end tuners which is a much better impression than arriving in plastic baggies like other cheap tuners do. There were no snags or tight spots when turning the posts to tune so A+. These are a solid midrange option for tuners. The only nitpick when compared to the styling of original Fender tuners is the flaring at the bottom of the tuning peg. The originals sweep beautifully into the side of the shaft whereas these have an abrupt ledge and flat bottom. At the price point, it's fine, but those looking for details will want to know that. Overall I'm happy with these tuners and it's a nice affordable option that is better than the other bottom-of-the-barrel tuners available elsewhere.
