I bought this binder due to its beautiful color and to use for my estate planning documents. It is well crafted and sturdy. I love the inside pocket in the front. It is made out of thick fabric that’s as study as medium thick cardboard. It sewn very well throughout the binder. I’m not sure if the fabric used inside of the binder but it feels good to the touch almost like scuba/neoprene fabric. The details on this binder are of great qualify from the inside out. This binder should last more than the traditional vinyl binder whether you’re using it for family photos, documents, card collections or crafts. I’d buy it again and recommend it to others.

I wanted to conceal three-hole-punched 8-1/2 x 11 pages so I could close recipes in a book and have it look good while on display on a shelf or in the kitchen. Real leather was overkill for something involved in cooking, so I got a couple of these. They look high end when closed but work as a perfectly serviceable lie-flat regular notebook. They feel solid, not flimsy, and the ring lock mechanism is sturdy and crisp. The covers are nice and straight. I like that they don't have wording and use simple detailing, which, with the dark colors, reads as elegant. I keep my recipe printouts in three of these books; I had to get two of the same color and wouldn't have minded, say, a navy blue. Crafters would be able to Cricut something awesome with these if they wanted to go crazy with fonts and letters--they're a great base for personalization.

I purchased this binder for a collection of Civil War battle maps, as I wanted something higher quality to put them in. I love the look, the binder is incredibly sturdy, and it's made well. The binder is well worth the cost.
