Single mom here, I was able to set it up in an 1.5 hours since I was cleaning up as I completed different parts. Instructions were easy to follow. The bed is sturdy and isn't noisy when we are getting in and out of it.

Great quality, but seems like it could be a little sturdier… over great for young children. Also great for a small room

Summary:Bad quality, hard to assemble, and potential safety issues. Not recommended.Pros:1. The ladder is padded and better than round bars.2. The assembly guide is easy to follow.Cons:1. Super heavy to lift.2. The quality control is terrible: there are serval parts that don’t align well with each other which made the assembly very hard. The cross bars were extremely horrible. They are not the same length. The worst part is, some of the bars were curved out of the package. No one has slept on it and the bars are already bend (see pics).

I really wanted to give 5 stars but some parts are missing and there were some blemishes, it wasn’t to difficult to put together the instructions weren’t to accurate relating to the ladder but i figured it out, please don’t assemble the ladder first, mine was uneven I had to take it apart and re install the legs first and then the steps, also the legs for the middle of the bed was not in the box, also the rail slots are kinda difficult to put in, I found bending the end a bit helped it go in a lil better, a few of the plastic brackets broke because of the force it took to insert them. I bought this bunk bed for my grand daughter and don’t wanna take it down and send it back, I’ve been trying to reach the seller to see if they can send me the missing legs, I’m a lil disappointed, It seems sturdy, overall it’s a nice bunk bed just wish I had all the parts and I didn’t have to figure out what the directions didn’t say, that was kinda frustrating but thank goodness for my knowledge about putting furniture together.

We purchased this bunk bed in March of this year. So we have had it quite a while. I do remember it was very easy to put together. We used a drill to make sure that all the screws were real good and tight. My boys are 19 and 17 years old. My 19-year-old is 6 foot and my 17-year-old is 5'9". My 17-year-old who is the heavier of the 2 sleeps on the top punk and my 19 year old sleeps on bottom. These beds are very sturdy. A little bit loud not too much at all. I would say if the screws are torqued down good and tight then the bed should hold together very well. There has also been no bending on any of the bars and my son uses the ladder on the side of the bed to climb up to get into bed with no issues. The ladder has held together very well and has not bent at all.

It’s actually a fairly good bed, especially for the price. It was a little bit of a project to put together, but not horrible-minus pieces coming pre assembled that weren’t supposed to and having to hammer them OUT to fix it. And it does squeak some, so if you have wiggly kids, something to consider, but overall a good bed and great for our two boys who share a room. We are actually considering getting the white one for our daughter’s room.
