Installed the shower which I have done multiple times in the past. Unit was defective and would not fill with water. unfortunately took it to my lake house and did not install it until after 30 days after receiving it, so apparently, I cannot return it.

Bough and installed 3 of those-the last one is defective -the faucet leaks where it connects to the base.They sent a replacement faucet, but that did not fix the leak.Was promised a replacement unit that was never sent.My advise do not buy ,because they do not care for the customers.

Revised!I’ve gotten my product, but I’m not completely happy. The screw set provided to mount this shower is faulty. I can not mount the shower into the ground with the tools that were provided. I’ll have to head to Lowes and purchase a similar set to complete my project.Otherwise, if not mounted, once the shower fills with water, it will tip.I wish I could write a review on how well it works or how easy it was to set up ... but 2 weeks later, I'm still waiting for my purchase.
