In February, 2024, I received the cart, assembled it, and really thought it would be very useful for moving my hose around our property. After a couple of months, rust started to appear on all the alleged "chrome" parts. Now, the rust is appearing on the painted parts as well as all over the entire unit. This is a poorly made product and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Easy to assemble and seems pretty solid. But it arrived with a tire that won't hold any pressure. I've reached out to the vendor but have had no response yet.

Cart is easy to be put together and I experienced no leaks. Cart is solid, easy to roll the hose in and out and it’s big enough to store my two ~ 100’ hoses. The big tires make the cart easy to move even on an incline.

Bought this for my husband's birthday and was very happy with the quality of the hose reell. all the parts assembled as they should. Had a problem with one tire not inflating and the seller was very responsive and shipped a new one almost immediately.

Bought this as I was tired of fighting with the plastic enclosed models. This will work well and can easily be used with one person and with two heavy duty hoses. Tires are good, also.

The 4-wheel garden hose cart is nicely built, fairly easy to assemble and seems sturdy. I had a problem initially with missing hardware, however the company took care/fixed the problem. I definitely would recommend the cart!

After unboxing the product, and reviewing the parts chart and picture installation guide I noticed the parts supplied and the instructions were not for the same cart, or at least a newer version of the cart. Anyway figured out the differences and proceeded to put it together.All was going fine until I had to but the hose real together. This part is a total pain, holding three piece of the reel together while feeding three long metal rods through the reel so you can secure the thing together led to total frustration. Two of the Rod’s are barely long enough to reach the other side of the reel. I ended up adding rod extensions (plastic drinking straws) so that Rod’s extended much further out the other end making it easier to assemble. Removed the straws one at a time and attached the lock nuts.The company seems to have made some improvements to make the overall assembly easier, just seems the documentation didn’t keep up with the changes. I had contacted the company and they are sending me new instructions. They responded very quickly.I would buy it again.
