Even though this is marked as designed for make up, it's the basic art color wheel, with shades on one side and tints on the other. I had this exact wheel (but mine was marketed for art) for years, but when we moved across country I misplaced it. This one is a great replacement. Unlike most wheels, it offers a TON of colors- not just the primaries, secondaries, and tertiaries- there are a ton of options with all the shades and tints. Not the sturdiest and quite flappy, but if you take care of it it'll serve you well.

Nice large color wheel disc, easy to read and the colors are all well printed and very vibrant! The paper/cardstock printed on seems pretty sturdy, should last a while. There are explainations printed on here that explain some basic color theory principles and it's all very clear and easy to understand how it applies to looking at the colors on the wheel. I specifically like how one side is the bright colors and the other are the more muted and pastel type shades. very handy guide!
