These glasses are gorgeous, sturdy but gracefully shaped. These are not lightweight, delicate glasses, so they may not be for you if that is what you want. The packaging for the glasses was incredible so I think you can feel pretty safe having them shipped, there was literally 2 feet of bubble wrap around each glass and that was inside a sturdy box!
