This mirror is absolutely perfect for me. I had one of the ring lights with a magnetic mirror and it broke so I was searching for a new one. I couldn't find one anywhere. It's like they just stopped making them. So I was searching for alternatives and came across this and I'm so glad I did. It just screws in to the phone holder spot on my other ring light. It works amazing.

Not sure if I received a defective product, but there is no magnification on the mirror. Both sides are the same.

I bought 2 of these so I can sit in my living room to braid my hair. They arrived in two separate boxes. Each was wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a bubble wrap envelope, then stored in a box that allowed it to slide. Neither of the two were damaged. I was able to mount both to two styles of tripods. The setup I used worked out well. My only concern was, for both mirrors, when you rotate the mirrors from standard to magnified, it will stick a little on the mount screw that came attached to the mirrors. Other than that, I love it & will be keeping both.

I think the sender or Amazon should let the carriers know that mirrors are verry sensitive and easy to brake specially when they leave in front of your door and they just throw to the ground , please they should start putting delicate products labels

It came with something but not the part pictured, super unfortunate. I will be requesting a replacement to see if maybe it's just missing from this one. I will update review/rating after.

I did a search on Amazon.com, and this was the only tripod mount mirror that popped up. Turns out there is another one. Don't buy this one. It is not a tripod mount. If you look carefully at the tripod attachment point in the picture, you will see there is a screw. All tripods come with exactly the same stud, so you can't mount this mirror to a tripod. I got a nut, and ground it down so it would fit in the recess at the bottom of the mirror bracket, and got about 1 turn of engagement.The mirror arrived broken. The mirror was packaged in a box that is way too big for the mirror and was put in a small bubble-wrap bag that didn't cover the entire glass of the mirror, So the mirror could rattle around inside the box. One side was broken with some of the mirror glass rattling around in the bottom of the box not inside the anemic bubble-wrap bag. I decided to keep the mirror because the side that was intact is the magnifying side and that's the side I intend to use. And my fabricated nut seems to hold it on the tripod well enough.Bottom line, don't buy this one. Look for a tripod mount version. And maybe that one will be packaged with integrity.
