I used this light consistently for work calls for the past two years, but it has started to flicker and turn on randomly (and I don't need a strobe light during zoom thanks). It's been so trusty, I'm bummed it recently puttered out. It sounds like it's an issue with the cord or the switcher.

I only have a few video calls now and then. How I wish I didn’t have to see myself on call!Well. thought I’d buy a light, didn’t want to spend a lot of money. Thought this cheap light wouldn’t do anything, had low expectations I was wrong, it is amazing. I’m going to buy another one for second computer. Hint for those who have laptop and afraid might get damaged if screwed light into it. Standing lamp next to laptop didn’t work well. Instead: Put the legs on, pile books/magazines behind laptop and stand lamp so it’s about same height it would be if screwed on- worked perfectly and I looked much better with the light on!

I have a home office in my garage and even though I do have natural light from windows and tons of overhead light my face would still look "washed out" and I would appear tired and disheveled on work zoom meetings. I looked at many different lights on amazon with additional gimmicks beyond what I really needed and finally settled on this one because the price was great and it seemed to check the boxes. I was certainly not disappointed, this is a fantastic light for the money! I leave it on the small tripod that it came with sitting right on my desk. It is very easy to plug into my laptop USB for power and has many brightness settings to make it just right for your ambient lighting conditions. I wish I would have bought this a long time ago!

I'm kickstarting a Twitch channel and a YouTube channel. naturally I needed good, even lighting for my webcam setup, and I knew that a ring light was the best solution. I was looking for one that was a good size for my desk, and I stumbled upon this. It's the perfect size for my setup and the fact that it has both a tripod and a clamp mount means it does everything I need it to do and more. It has three lighting shades: cool, balanced, and warm. That coupled with the ten different brightness levels gives it 30 total settings; I never have trouble getting the right feel for a project. the cord is just the right length for my setup, long enough to use anywhere on the desk, and short enough to never deal with excess cord length. The cost is pretty low, and the quality far exceeds what you'd expect for the price. If amazon allowed a decimal rating system, I'd give it 10/10 in a heartbeat.

I host many webinars and I was looking for a nice source of light. This light ring truly delivers. It's small enough and strong enough to tote around in my backpack. It has variable lighting settings that work well for different environments and situations. The switch is easy to operate, even in the middle of conducting a webinar. Plus, this ring is sold at a great price! I highly recommend it!

Good brightness levels. Allow changing of color temperature from bright white to a warmer color, as well as the brightness level. Clipped easily onto my monitor. Roller ball allows it to be positioned in numerous different positions.Unfortunately, after about 7 months of intermittent use (about 3-4 hours per week), it began to turn itself off after about 1-2 minutes of use. It might be an overheating issue since it'll turn itself back on after 5 minutes of cooling down. This won't work for business video conferences, but it was nice while it lasted!Summary:Pros:- Easy to attach to monitor- ball and socket joint allows positioningCons:- Poor durability (died after 7 months of intermittent use)

Finally accepted that video conferencing is here to stay. I figured I would get a small lamp bc I only have overhead lighting, but I didn't want or need anything too large or complicated. Compared several different lamps, and this one seemed like the closest to what I wanted. When I received it, I was struggling to put it together, but I eventually realized that one of the components was defective: the threading of the screw on top of the tripod (meant to secure the lamp housing) was warped and could not attach securely.I contacted the seller, explained the situation, and asked if they could send me a replacement tripod. They responded within 24 hours, were super friendly, and happy to correct the situation. Instead of sending just the tripod, they sent a whole other lamp at no charge, and they didn't even ask me to send back the defective one. Shipping was quick too; the replacement was delivered within a week or so.Lamp works great, easy to assemble, easy to transport, and I appreciate the range of settings. Exactly what I wanted and would buy again.
