Product works really well it’s a bit more expensive than some of the other units that are out there but on an inverter is money well spent communicates well with all the other productsThird one that I bought so far all of them are still in use in off grid applications without any issues

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I selected this product based on a system diagram in the Victron site. The first two units that I ordered arrived quickly but didn’t work.I used the tech support services at Inverters R Us and received great support but after a few messages it was determined that I needed to return the unit.I ended up purchase it a Multiplus II. It arrived in working order and is still in use.

The unit worked fine for a time. Once you need tech support.....good luck. The company doea not have their own tech support. They want you to deal with a regional distributor for very technical issues. Ive had my unit for 3 years. There is no one for me to call now that I have a problem. What a crock.

Easy to install, just follow instructions and use large enough gauge wire.

Installed in my 30ft camp trailer. With 14kw battery pack and 1000 watts of solar. Very easy to install. For my needs this is perfect. I turned on the microwave, furnace fans, coffee maker and everything else my family had plugged in at once. Over 2800 watt pull from the battery pack, runs flawlessly. If we are quiet there is a small click when unit is turned on or off and a quiet fan runs occasionally. Very quiet do far. This is the best thing I have purchased for my family this year. We'll worth the price.

I upgraded from a Victron 2000 to the 3000 and now can power my 110 volt ac in the rv its works flawlessly and the seller helped with settings for my set up

It took a lot of searching to find anyone to install it. It has stopped working, Now I can't find anyone to repair it. It may work out if you buy from a brick and mortar dealership but I definitely would not purchase from some anonymous seller on Amazon. I think the seller was BradCentric Ecommerce in Albuquerque, but I can't get anyone to call me back. Now I have an expensive RV trailer in my driveway that I can't use because the multiplus unit doesn't work.Also be aware that this unit will not fit properly in most RV trailers.
