The shafts are not straight causing the drum to wobble on the work piece. Ok for rough work but not for fine shaping

I have a buffing motor that I can attach items to with a chuck and this kit is perfect for these sanding drums. The sanding drums rotate in a stationary position and I can then sand whatever I need to by pressing the item against the drum instead of doing it the other way around. This is an awesome kit with a ton utility.

These are high quality sanding drums. There is little to no runout (so the drum doesn't wobble) like a super cheap set I've used in the past. Sleeves slide easily on and when the nut is slightly tightened, stay in place well even when running the drill in and out (so the whole sleeve surface can be used). 5 stars.

The sanding surface wore out way too fast. Sanding soft wood, wore though the surface. Wasn’t egressive enough.

I used the smallest drum to ream a hole and it worked perfectly. I used the bigger drum to do the curves on my guitar build and that also did the job. I'm very happy with this purchase.
