Just received my air purifier would not recommend this unit. It makes so much noise. You can barely hear yourself. Talk not worth buying would not purchase.

We bought this when the forest fire smoke was terrible to help with the smoke that was coming into the house. It cleared up our small 2 bedroom house perfectly, and we still use it daily. We have noticed a big difference in our air quality.

it is a great machine, noisy (but with the smooth sound of a fan), only at the highest level, and works great on auto mode my office is an 8x10, and it smells great also I added some scent oils, it is a super Fresh smelly office.it stopped working, it made a huge noise then sounded like something fell off inside the machine!

If you are looking for a quiet air cleaner, this is it. I honestly forget I have it running in my room all the time and end up checking if my window is open because it sounds like a soft breeze. When the TV is on I can't hear it at all. When the device is on high it is a little loud, but it usually only kicks on for a couple seconds when using the auto function. The filter light makes this product easy to see when it needs a change and the plastic cover detaches making it so much easier to clean when replacing the filter. I have noticed my air has a lot less dust and even cat fluffies floating around. I find myself dusting shelves a bit less than I used to as well. This product has been a life saver for me. The added essential oil function is just a little bonus for this machine.

With the addition of a family pet, I searched for an air purifier to help ensure smells and dander were kept to a minimum. Many available units on Amazon had mixed reviews, but I eventually settled on trying this one. I was very pleased with the performance and I ordered a second one for the other level of my home.BUILT WELL: The frame of the unit is lightweight, but still solid and built well. The filters are very easy to change and firmly secured behind a cover that is easy to remove and reattach. The controls work well and are easy to operate.QUIET: The fan has three speeds. If you are going to be in the same room with it, it is a little louder than you will want on its highest setting. The medium setting is fairly quiet, and the lower setting is very quiet—barely even noticeable from across the room.CLEANER AIR: It cleans the air well. There is definitely a difference. Smells are reduced or eliminated, and we have noticed being able to breathe better. I would definitely recommend this purifier for those with allergies or asthma.PRODUCT SUPPORT: I had a small issue with one of units that I bought and I contacted the seller. They promptly returned my message and the issue was fully resolved quickly. They clearly stand by their product and want customers to be satisfied.TLDR SUMMARY: It works well, it is not loud, and it comes from a company that values customer service. I recommend it.

Great home air filter machine. I bought this machine which has a higher capacity than I needed but it has many features which are essential to my needs. The one piece multi filter insert is very efficient. There are several modes and speeds. The sleep mode is very quiet and won't disturb your sleep. This filtration system cleans tge air leaving it with a nice fresh feeling. There is a small door on top so you can add essential oil. I'm using peppermint essential oil which really gives the air a nice smell to it. You won't go wrong with this choice. Good for an area up to just over 1700 square feet with average ceiling height of 8 feet.

I got this air purifier in October of 2022 and earlier this year the auto mode stopped working and sensing the air quality.I purchased new filters from the manufacturer to see if that would fix it but unfortunately it didn't.I reached out to customer support and Nhiel tried to help troubleshoot but the machine kept having the same issue.Even though I was out of warranty they were nice enough to give me a 50% refund.In the end it's a nice machine and maybe I just got unlucky but either way I can still use it manually.

First, the air purifier is excellent. We have a dog that sheds a ton and an older home so there is a fair bit of dandruff and dust. This purifier has done incredible in helping out our allergies and freshening the air. Second, and perhaps equally as important, when our purifier starting making a humming noise, we reached out to their customer service and it resulted in them sending us a free replacement. They gained a lifelong customer because of their service (shout-out Nhiel!). Highly recommend this, great price, great product, and if something comes up, they have excellent customer service.

It's been several months of having air cleaner! My re review, while some dissatisfied.. the filter seems is air tight! On auto, the sensor detects cigarette smoke.. goes full speed air purifying mode for about a full hour!(Fortunately, my smoking decreased to 1/3rd pack daily - thus a pack a day sitting at home smoker probably all day full speed?) A great pollutant sensor - good tool to help with pollutants.. as im smoking in the nearby bathroom (public housing anti smoking rule) the purifier goes up in fan speed notches.. until pollutants are cleaned out.My gfs nose don't work well to notice my sneak smoking... (she don't smoke, but at age 60 her sniffer is compromised?)So as I'm smoking 7 cigarrets a day, 5 indoors... full speed about 5 hours...I also have another brand air purifier in the liverroom - which isn't automatic (sensing type)Well, gf used bathroom, shut door, air purifier went down a notch fan speed far quicker than hour ive normally witnessed (5 minutes)!The bad about it, is full fan is kinda noisy. Like fans are quiet? Some enjoy white noise fans noise. It interferes with clear understood of smartphones youtube audio.I have it on a 5 feet high shelf! (In bedroom) - thinking pollutants climb up than fall to floor level.Unsure if this is 0.5+ microns removing? Cigarette smoke is definitely detected.A good value for the money...
