Recieved blender because my wife has a protein shake every morning for breakfast went through a couple cheaper ones just didn't last. Purchased the 2200 watt vewior and Life was great for 9 months until all you could use was pulse button. Communicated with customer service and provided videos of the issue and they are supposed to send a new one Will update once I receive replacement.

I was looking to purchase a very high grade blender and this had great reviews with Amazon. The blender has been very powerful and efficient. Especially for the price!I had an issue with the seal at the bottom of the pitcher and the customer service was excellent!! Very happy with this purchase!

The best blender we have owned. It does a great job on our morning smoothies. We had trouble with the machine leaking grease somewhere and the company has helped us and the responses to our questions were answered almost immediately. I would recommend this machine. Very easy to use.JoAnn Berg

It’s excellent blender.It is powerful blender I ever had.I use it everyday for veggies drink foods grinding beans,rice,nuts.It’s very efficient for old people like me,easy to operate and cleans. 3 months later I broke it by putting plastic cover into the jar and started to blending it with vegetables for 10 seconds.It damaged upper part surprisingly the motor is ok.Few days later I found telephone number in the”user’s manual” I called Net answered.when I explained the details how I damaged the machine and asked how much my damaged cost. Net said she will try to apply for warranty and few hours later she returned it’s free replacement.I didn’t expect to deserve this it was I broke it and deserve to pay. I am so grateful for how they were handling the customers with graceful manner.i wish I could find people like this more, not that it was free, Net did work hard for customers side. I ordered same blender again last week for $85.00,it was 30% off.Meantime I needed it, can’t live without it. Until part return I am good with new one.
