As Mr.Oliver pointed out in his review, the instructions are clearly lacking in clarity, and the pictures are worse. I bought this Vevor version hoping to avoid the problem I had with the Bora Portamate: The wheels would NOT lock in the mobil position, so I jury rigged it, although they're sending replacement foot pedals......Meanwhile the Vevor, like the Bora units, is lacking enough nylon washers for the axles, but I'm certain that the pedals will lock as intended.

I needed these for a 32x36 base - which is hard to find parts for. Lots of pieces - nothing is assembled. The instructions . . . I just do not get why these companies do not take a bit more effort. It just takes a bit of time to look at the pictures and reverse engineer - because the text of the instructions are basically useless. Also the marketing pictures are not clear, but these have a base plate on the bottom, and then a metal plate on the top. You screw the bolts into the bottom plate from the top. That means that the die tap is maybe 2 or 3 threads at best, as this plate is not super thick. Actual bolts would have been nicer. This says 400lb capacity - I do not know about that, I would not do that. The wheels are plastic, and the back wheels have no bearings and the through rod is not beefy. I am only putting about 75 lbs on this, should work fine. I wish the back wheels swiveled and were beefier. I think this is fine for like a single piece of equipment.
