The machine is weak leaves air bubbles on labels and sometimes comes out crooked. Not worth the time buying it to send it back.

The design is defective and the machine does NOT work. We tried different labels and different bottles trying and wishing it would work. We have a savvy mechanical person coming in to help us too. The design is so defective, the label on the bottles are screwed 99% of the time. The machine also causes one label to stick into another one leading to a huge mess. We wasted time, resources, and money on this scam. We should have trusted all those 1-star reviews from the past. It's a shame that Amazon would allow this thing to be sold and facilitate the continuation of this scam. We demand a refund!!

The metal underside of the labeling machine gets stuck if you try to adjust it because they did not measure the piece of metal with the sides properly. vector needs to start doing quality controls on their tools because they always come with some sort of problem.

The metal arm that was supplied to attach to the machine was supposed to have two holes for attaching the roller and then another to attach to the machine.They forgot to drill the third hole so I couldn't attach it to the machine and I had to return it without using it.

But this machine works well. But you need your labels in a certain direction, it doesn't have a left or right. But you can make it work easily on 12 oz bbq sauce bottles.

I really wanted this machine to work but I had so many issues and wasted so many jars and labels that I decided I'm just going to label by hand for now. The labels are not stable, the jars are not stable, the slightest deviation will get your labels crooked. I would get 2-3 labels straight and than it would start having issues, and I would have to recalibrate it . Thanks to Amazon's great customer service I was able to return it. There is a guy on youtube that shows how to troubleshoot this machine in detail so if you have the patience it might just work for you but I gave up. The machine is heavy and seem to be good quality it just needs some improvements.

Great customer service to replace a missing screw. Very responsive and helpful. Machine works as hoped for. Sometimes a slight kink in the labels but you learn what to adjust and play around with to get it right. Far more efficient than manual application.

I make and sell hot sauces and have started making custom labels. This is going to streamline that process a bunch, as applying labels by hand always resulted in bubbles and uneven lines. Easy to follow directions to set up and surprisingly sturdy and heavy from what I was expecting.
