I really like this pump. It is connected to 3 sinks and a shower and can handle all 4 running at full water flow down their drains with not problem. The sound of the pump running is fairly quiet; you just hear water flowing in your pipes. Connections at the pump are clamped flexible rubber to my 1 1/2 inch PVC.

The macerator seems good, but the instructions are for an older model. Instructions for venting are incomplete. It doesn't say where to put the carbon or how to run a vent pipe. Customer service won't answer the question. Some posts I've seen said you don't have to vent it and some say you do. I'm confused and I'm returning the unit.

I am trying to with these people and it’s not working out so far I emailed them and gave them my phone number but nothing is being done yet I got this pump in September 2024 it’s now January 2025. We will see if they will do something

So far it has worked good. Unfortunately, this is 3rd one I have bought. Though other two were different brands. I like that it is quieter and with the smaller size the fit is not in your face. I have high hopes for this model.

Other then had to pop the one end off and stick my finger in the hole to free up the flap that was suctioned over the hole it works like a dream havent had a single hiccup with it yet its been installed end of june as basement laundry drainage pump. Great value in this pump

Unser Duschabfluss war 50cm zu tief und das Abwasser folgt nun mal der Schwerkraft und fließt nicht aufwärts.Hier kommt die Hebeanlage mit seiner Magie ins Spiel.Installation war recht einfach.Man sollte beim Abgang darauf achten, dass das Abflussrohr nicht zu tief in der Tülle steckt, da sonst die Rückstauklappe nicht richtig arbeiten kann. Ein wenig Fingerspitzen Gefühl ist hier gefragt.Das Gerät ist kompakt und leise. Ich habe es noch mit einem Winkel an der Wand fixiert, damit es sicher in Position bleibt.Ich kann das Gerät absolut empfehlen.

I’ve purchased this pump to make my Pedicure Chair in My Home work to pump the drain water up through the wall, kind of a backward set up, but that’s what we had to work with. this pump is great works fabulously and I wish I would’ve known of this pump before I purchased my other one for my sink. This unit will also let you connect three items total I believe to it at the same time. This is an amazing pump and it’s not overly loud either and it drains automatically. You don’t have to turn it on to make it work.
