At first I was very satisfied it worked will. I was not impressed that only a wing nut was offered to secure the lamp in place.I have had others with more of a secure fitting. So after the first use. I started to loosen the wing nut to remove lamp from stand. That did not go smoothly!The wing nut was difficult to remove kept getting caught on the screw post of the stand.The next day I tried using it again and the nut didn't grab the Screw post on stand at all! I went almost straight down! I don't have any smaller wing nuts to try.So now this lamp is almost useless because I have to hold it by hand! I can't trust leaving it loosely dangling and leaning over because it may fall over. No good customer support!Update 10-25-24So the seller finally got back to me but I already started the return after ordering another from another seller. I needed this like yesterday for my business. Again the original that was sent only had one wing nut to secure to the post. The threading on the post was poorly manufactured and something else besides a wing nut should be given to secure this top heavy lamp. I even tried a washer and alternative nut with no success.
