Work great, nice long length, and are important to have on the tractors. Added bonus: with this color, they're easier to find if you have to drop them on the ground to do something else.

This was the lowest price I could find for 20 feet of grade 80, 3/8" links, WITH grab hooks. You can buy cheaper chain with links of the same thickness but it will not be grade 80 (which is the lowest grade acceptable for overhead lifting) .This is not the class of chain sold by your local hardware store or home improvement center which will likely be an inferior grade.Without stepping up to grade 100 chain with the same size links, which will cost significantly more, this is the strongest chain you can get with a link that has a 3/8" cross section.So, for the same weight per foot as chain with 3/8" links, you can get a much stronger chain for LESS money per foot than sold at most local sources.

Removed the hooks, added a nylon sleeve, added a hefty padlock, and bingo: fatty bike lock for my truck to make sure no punks come by and try to snag the bikes or rack.Uh, haven't tried cutting this chain to see if it holds up to the rating...but sure seems like a beast.

Don't trust what pictures on this site says shows 2 Chain's 2 hooks and sends me one guess I have to wait another two weeks to get one more
