We use this as an attachment to our boatyard's fork truck. Works well, is sturdy, and no problems so far. Note that there are three major parts of it and they may be shipped separately.

The boom components were shipped in 3 separate crates (the platform with the forklift pocket and the end/extension boom by Fed-Ex freight and the main/middle component by another carrier). When we only got 2 of the 3 packages at first, and we needed to use the jib boom on a project approaching rapidly. i contacted the seller, and they replied promptly explaining the situation, and provided an ETA and tracking number for the last item, which arrived a couple of days later as promised.The quality of the boom was pretty good, but there were a couple of minor issues we had to touch up (the bolts that held the side spacers for the end boom extension stuck out a little far and would rub the boom extension and bind up, so they were shortened up, and the main/end lifting hook was not welded to the end of the boom head as it had shown in the picture (pretty small weld, IMO, so we enlarged the lifting "hook" (flat bar with the hole in the end that the carabiner attached to) and added additional surface area to be welded to the end for guaranteed conformance (this was by far the biggest issue we had with this). I would have probably normally given this a 4 star review, but their customer service was on point and stayed in communication with me well to get the whole unit here on time, so I bumped the review to 5 stars). Not a bad product, for the price-point. Thank you.

This product completely fails to match the description provided. It was so poorly designed or mismatched for its purpose that it nearly tipped over an entire forklift during use. Very disappointing and potentially dangerous!"The return process for this product is extremely costly, potentially reaching $1,000, and there was no mention of this on the product page. Additionally, there is no free return option provided. Very disappointing and misleading!"

This does not lift 6000 lbs maybe 6 lbs definitely not 6000 lbs soon as I start using it's bent metal is very cheap will not recommend anybody to buy.
