OK, I am not using this for moving folding chairs. Instead, I have lots of storage bins that I need to relocate regularly. This is ideal for holding them and moving them from place to place. The wheels roll easily on my laminate flooring, and it can hold quite a lot of weight. It was easy to assemble and is quite sturdy and functional. It seems quite well made. I highly recommend.

I run an event rental company, so we're moving chairs all the time. I was torn deciding the rating, which would really be a 3.5, but that's not an option. So please consider these points rather than focusing on the star rating:1. It's a solid, easily rolled cart.2. It goes together easily—just need to screw in the casters, pegs and handle.3. The handle is removable, but I felt they missed an opportunity here by using a screw and nut. It should be a pin or a folding mechanism so you can effortlessly disassemble the handle. When you're moving, space counts, and having a removable handle is great, but it could be simplified.4. The casters all swivel, which I don't personally like because it makes rolling more difficult. It has a lock, which is cool in that it locks both the wheel and the swivel simultaneously. Looking at the mechanism, it seems like it would have been fairly easy to have a two-stage lock, so it first stops the swivel and then additionally locks the wheel. I really wish they had implemented that.5. The cart only fits a very specific-sized chair. The standard Lifetime chairs don't fit laying down with the pegs in place, and they won't fit standing up either. However, our most popular chair is the resin wedding chair, and that's a perfect fit laying down. So make sure you check the size before ordering because most of our chairs wouldn't fit.6. It will hold 25 chairs and still roll easily, but keep in mind you have a tower of chairs. At roughly 2 inches per chair, it's standing over 4 feet off the cart!7. The included straps are utterly useless. (A) They don't clip on the bottom frame, so you need to reach under to get to the secondary bar. (B) They're too short to go over the full stack of chairs—OK for 12 chairs, but not the advertised 25. (C) They're elastic and won't do anything to keep a stack of chairs weighing 250 to 300 pounds from tumbling off the cart. Just throw them away and get some ratchet or pull straps.

I needed something to both store and easily move around put folding chairs. Vevor is an excellent brand as I have purchased other items. This did not disappoint either. Very well built. Chairs stack great and stay put. Rolls smoothly and can park chairs out of the way. Very pleased!
