Ich habe die Maschine jetzt mehrfach benutzt sie macht was sie soll. Funktioniert 1a und Kühlt extrem schnell. Daher verstehe ich viele Rezesionen hier nicht. Einzigste was ich zu bemängeln habe ist das Handling. Es wäre gut wenn die Maschine links und Rechts einen Griff hatte zum Tragen.

I ordered this and it stopped working after about a week. When I messaged Vevor support they told me to hire an electrician to fix it (a brand new $1,400 product from them - which in any normal world a company would take responsibility for).I tried to get a replacement and it took about a month to even get, but it came used and broken.It's not worth getting their product at all. It's junky, a complete waste of money, and not worth all the time you'll have to spend to get replacements, refunds....

The unit is nice and easy to figure out, even when you don't receive a manual. However, you have to adjust the freezer numbers every time you use the machine, even when the product is the same as the day before. The major problem I have is that every time you clean it, the gaskets break. They send you two extra and can't seem to find replacements. I called the company, and they don't want to help even though it is their unit. Save yourself the stress and purchase another brand.

Bought product and it lasted less than one month, first tub stopped working and shortly after the 2nd n third stopped. I thought I was buying from Amazon but it was a third party business called Appleture and tbh they have no idea and it takes them 3 days to respond every time. Then they try n send videos showing you how to fix and will not organise to collect or refund. I then got onto VEVOR who I do think is Appleture as well and they still take forever to respond, they have requested so many pics and now they are sending 3 new motors from China but remember this unit has been used for less than 4 weeks but again no refund or offer of a new unit. I have had enough and I strongly recommend you buy a product that’s in Australia and has a better return policy. I am taking them to ACCC

Bought several of these for my business all of them either leaked or motors stopped working! have yet to resolve anything with Vevor after sending pics and videos!! They offered partial refunds for one but that didnt help me get a new machine for my customer. Please do not waste your time.

We have problems with leaks. Seals that are controlled by the handle are poor quality. The drink flavors leak out at night when they defrost. We have looked online for parts and can't find them. We have also messaged the VEVOR and have had no response.

We purchased this item for our business and was surprised to see it come with scuff marks and no users manual. We have yet to turn it on, so unsure if it works. Will update once we try that, but highly disappointed that we expected a new product and it looks used.
