Product Description

toothpaste

Just like your own teeth, your pet’s teeth need cleaning and care for optimal oral health, too. Our Vetoquinol Enzadent Enzymatic Toothpaste works to keep your cat or dog’s mouth, teeth and gums healthy and clean by combating harmful bacterial growth that causes tooth and mouth illnesses, as well as bad breath.

Our Enzadent Enzymatic Toothpaste is non-foaming, safe to swallow and contains a triple enzyme formula that works to remove food particles and plaque from your pet’s teeth. Our toothpaste has a delicious poultry-flavor that even the pickiest of pets will love. For best results, brush your pet’s teeth regularly, daily if possible, to improve dental hygiene and help combat tooth decay and mouth illnesses. To help your cat or dog adjust to an oral cleaning routine, begin by only brushing a few teeth and then gradually increase the number of teeth brushed as your pet becomes used to the process and feeling.

DID YOU KNOW…

  • More than 80% of dogs and cats have serious tooth and gum problems by the age of 3.
  • Two-thirds of each tooth is hidden under your pet's gums, and dental problems can develop before you see warning signs.
  • Bad breath in your dog or cat could be the first sign of a serious dental problem.

This noticeably reduces bad breath. The product itself has a pretty neutral smell. The seal was intact. This size of tube lasts a long time. Best to use it a few times a week if you can

MY dog loves the flavor and it was recommended by our veterinarian.Smaller dogs (mine is 20 lbs.) need to have their teeth brushed 1 or 2 times weekly.Dental chews are not very effective with smaller dogs. No dental issues since we startedusing it. It is also for cats, but I don't have experience with brushing cat's teeth.

My dog loves the taste and it takes care of the buildup on her teeth. It contains enzymes which work without scrubbing.

My doggie love the flavor and actually lets me brush her teeth. She eats the paste right out of the tube. I wish it wasn't so expensiveI'm spending more on my dogs toothpaste than mine!

My cat has TEN TEETH so brushing is almost out of the question. I've tried other toothpastes before which she is disgusted by, but she likes this! I end up just squirting it in her mouth and hoping for the best.Unsure of how it works over time, we will see.

I was a terrible dog mom when it came to tooth brushing, but then we added a young dog to our family and I decided I needed to do better. I started brushing my 10 year olds dogs teeth too just because I felt bad about treating them differently. I was hoping it might help with her breath too. IT DID! My older dog’s breath is soooooo much better. This toothpaste made such a difference. They also love the poultry flavor. So if you have doubts about if it’s worth it to spend 2 minutes a day brushing, it definitely is, even with older dogs.

Our dog really likes the taste and smell of it. She is happy to let us clean her teeth. So much easier than having to fight with her.

I tried a different toothpaste and my Dane didn’t like it. He loves this flavor and comes running when I ask him if he wants to brush his teeth !!!!!
