This formula mixes well with warm water. The powder blends without forming large clumps. It has a pleasant odor and the texture is smooth. I use a blender for the best results. It seems to be made from quality ingredients. I have used it with a variety of wildlife babies. I have not seen any adverse effects with any of the animals. They are always reluctant to take a milk replacement at first, but respond quickly once they get used to the change from mothers milk.

The Vet Worthy Milk Replacement for Cats is very healthy, and easy to use. It comes in a large resealable container to help maintain freshness, and the powder makes a significant amount of milk. It mixes well, if warm water is used to mix it with. It has a lot of added vitamins, and I think it would be an excellent choice for a milk replacement. Unfortunately, my kitty won't touch it, but she is an extremely picky/finicky eater. I've tried a couple times, and she won't even try it, but if she changes her mind at any point (because I will try again), I'll update this review/rating. Overall, I think it is very well made with high quality ingredients - a good value for the price. I'd recommend.PRODUCT: "Vet Worthy Milk Replacement for Cats - Milk Formula Replacer for Puppies, Pregnant, Lactating, Elderly or Recovering Dogs - Enriched with Colostrum, Whey Protein, Vitamins, and Minerals - 12 oz"

I tried this for an abandoned kitten and she would rather starve or try to drink my whole milk than to try this milk. She just doesn't like it and she's the one that needs to eat it, not me so I have to go off of her behaviour. I do think you get a great amount for the price. It is easy to mix and smells alright.

Great milk replacement for my puppies. This also works well as an addition to puppy gruel. When my puppies are at the age they can start having gruel, I mix some of this replacement in as well. I always keep some on hand.

I haven't used this to exclusively raise kittens but it works great to help the mother cat from getting so thin when there is a large litter. The kittens seem to like it as well as any milk replacement I've used and the nutrition looks comparable to other brands. I prefer the powder to the liquid types. It stores much long after opening and I can use as much as I need. It is much cheaper than the canned liquid type too. If you know kittens are on the way, I suggest to have this on hand with a few bottles. I haven't found kitten bottles that don't get chewed up fairly quickly. After the kittens get a little age, I just use the bottles with the end chewed off but really small kittens will get choked. Feeding with a bottle really helps with domesticating the kittens too.

This is a review of “ Vet Worthy Milk Replacement for Cats - Milk Formula Replacer for Puppies, Pregnant, Lactating, Elderly or Recovering Dogs - Enriched with Colostrum, Whey Protein, Vitamins, and Minerals - 12 oz”This is exactly what you need if you find yourself caring for a kitten that has not been properly weened, or somehow lost its mamma before it’s ready for real food. The formula is enriched to ensure kittens (and cats) with special nutritional needs; regular milk will NOT sustain a kitten. They need something like this until they start eating real food. It’s easy to mix with clear instructions. I would recommend to anyone with this need.I haven’t used it for dogs or older cats, or can’t speak to that. It was effective for a bottle-baby kitten. She’s eating real food now, but this helped sustain her until the transition.

It seems like a pretty complete milk replacement based off of the nutritional information onnthe label. I live in a rural area and sometimes come across kittens that still need a bit of nursing and their mothers are usually MIA. They seem to take to it well. It dissolves well in water. It believe it should have a decently long shelf life as long as it stays cool and dry. I'm glad to have it because the nearest Vet and/or pet supply is at least and hour drive away.

I bought this to enrich the cat food I'm feeding to a feral cat colony I support. The cats are all doing extremely well and you'd never know they weren't someone's pets
