Overall measures 17-3/4-inches width by 43-1/4-inches height by 19-1/2-inches depth. Storage tray in top for added versatility. Size of storage tray measures 15-1/4-inches length by 6-1/2-inches width by 6-1/2-inches height. Portable with wheels and handle. Wheels are 6-inches diameter semi-pneumatic. Where do I even begin? The welding on this thing looks like it was done by a 8 yo in a third world jungle with a heat gun and bailing wire. One of the U-bolts stripped with a 1/4 ratchet. The Bolts for the basket interfered with each other. The bolt holes for the handle were a 1/2 inch off on top of the handle being over 3/4 of an inch longer on one side than the other. I was never able to get this thing square, despite using an actual square on it. It was smaller than I expected, and yes I know the dimensions were posted but who ever reads those. I will say I like the size so I can get it around in my garage easier. It seems kinda solid after I tightened everything up. I put 10 1000 ft rolls of crosslink wire on it and wheeled it around and it faired ok. The small rods fit all my wire spools with no problems. Overall it will word but I expected a lot more for the money.

The cart showed up with a small dent and missing a few washers. Overall this cart does the job. I loaded it up with 1500 ft of number 10 and 1500 ft of number 12 and still have space.

I'm a small automation and panel building shop and this fits my needs perfectly for spools of 18ga, 12ga spools. I am quite happy with the value vs functionality of the cart. Sure, there is some assembly required and the U bolts needed to put together are cheap, but overall it will hold up nicely in my shop and I wouldn't hesitate to take it to a job site if needed. Really happy to have purchased this!

This product came as described, it is exactly what I needed to store some wire spool and works great with it's two different diameter rails. Everything about the form, fit, and function I am very satisfied. The only issue is the box had a hole smashed in it and the hardware bag was torn open. As the post worker was delivering it to my door bolts were falling out of the box. Luckily for me I found the hardware pieces I was missing on the ground outside my house. It's a great product but if they just put the hardware in an extra little box or similar it would be 5 star!
