The crane is well made and certainly heavy duty. QC could be improved with regard to finish and details (a minor point, but the model and safety labeling was installed upside down). Shipping damage was the biggest issue. Since the shipping weight is over 400 pounds, and the jib is about 8' long, it requires freight. The freight shipper managed to loose the installation hardware and severely damaged the finish. Amazon and Vestil worked with me to make things right.
