Feels sturdy. Good product, but the fact it doesn't include hardware to attach the handles to the dockplate feels like the manufacturer or seller doesn't care much for it feeling like a premium product. That's why I'm dinging this two stars.

I use this thing 5-10 times each day. Works great. Light and strong. You get used to how narrow it is. As long as you back the pallet jack over it, you won't miss. Has improved my efficiency a lot. My truck, by the way, is dock height. Not sure it would do you much good with a lower truck.
