I guess I shouldn't have had high expectations considering the price, but I was expecting more. With this you definitely get what you pay for. The directions for assembly are horrible. It took me longer than it should have because the directions weren't clear. The machine itself doesn't have any type of resistance, so doing the actual motion on it is uncomfortable and wobbly and puts too much strain on you (if that makes sense). I just don't like it. I'm going to keep it because I don't feel like going through the hassle of taking it apart and sending it back. But save yourself the trouble and buy a more expensive, better version.
