I was truly impressed at the quality of the checks and especially thankful that the program for printing them was also included. If course free means ads to prompt to subscribe to another service... Just click cancel and continue printing. Printed perfectly from my inkjet printer. A perfect alternative to waiting 2 weeks for delivery from a printing service...

I'm glad I purchased these checks. They are a substitute for the programs platform, but they will work just as well. I got a good deal on such a large amount, too.

These checks look as good as bank ordered checks, at a fraction of the cost. They have all the standard, pertinent info printed on the back side. We do not have to write very many checks for any of our businesses, so 750 checks are plenty and should last us a year or two. No banks have refused to process the checks we have printed.FYI - Took me awhile to find good check printing software, but settled on: ezCheckPersonal Version 5, for $49 from halfpricesoft.com. The software works perfectly with these checks. I am printing checks for three different business checking accounts. Each business has its own logo, address and account info. Download and set up was not too difficult.

I can confirm that these blanks work with Checksoft software. Had to make a very minor adjustment in the check designer. Moved "Pay To" and "Memo" about an 1/8" to the right, and they printed perfect.

You'll need compatible check-printing software, and guess what: VersaCheck's free software download is only Windows-compatible. They don't offer a Mac-compatible product and didn't have any to recommend. When I called the manufacturer to ask about a Mac-compatibile alternative, they informed me that since Windows has "95 percent" of the business market, they don't think it is worth developing a Mac product, so there is nothing in the pipeline.So, unless you intend to use this product for your business running a PC-compatible package, look for alternatives.(Investors and entrepreneurs take note: if VersaCheck is that out-of-touch with the market, they are probably deaf to other critical business developments. Don't expect the company to survive for long.)
