4 out of 10 discs were bad and had writing errors or weren't even recognizable by my LG burner. Burning the data was all very well controlled using Linux and the latest gen LG bluray sata burner. This is terrible considering each disc is $4.For the discs that did work, I was able to ready back the data correctly with no change in checksum.Unfortunately it seems the quality of bluray discs in general have gone to shit, I recommend using only 25gb discs if you want reliability. This is a technology that is about to get axed and all development and maintenance is getting killed off, so every year these discs will get more and more unreliable.

I had only 1 disc on my spindle successfully burn. The others all failed at some point early in burn with a media check error.

ノートPCのSSDが一杯になってきたので外部保存用に購入。BDXLは初めて使います。ドライブは外付けのパイオニアスロットタイプの製品です。100GBのディスク面は50GBに近いシルバー系の色です。書き込み速度は1～4倍速。書き込みは至って簡単でいままで使ってきた25GB,50GBメディアと同様に扱えます。取りあえず小さなファイルを書き込んでみました。問題なく書き込み完了です。少し拍子抜け。バルクタイプの10枚セットを購入しましたが、1パッケージで1TB。凄い時代になりました。1枚あたり100GB書き込めるので、保存先としてはかなり有用だと思います。特に、クラウドに上げるようなテンポラリーなデータではなく、DLしたハイレゾ音源などしっかり置いておきたいファイルには心強い保存先になりました。
