The packaging is not the highest quality that I wanted but it worked fine for what i was using it for anyways, the disc itself was pretty nice worked fine out of the box, formatted and put some data on the disc, only complaint is speed and I expected that, this disc won’t be the fastest but it’s at least rewritable.

It works perfectly fine, Used it to record my old xbox games and play them in the console so I don't have to buy a lot of dvds, it comes with its case, and the price is just too good, this is amazing!

This disc is write protected, you cannot use this disc. I have looked up information on how to remove the write protection, but I cannot find anything. Plus, why would a brand new disc be write protected? I spent money on a disc I can't use.

I have read A LOT about DVD brands and the best types to buy. It's not always easy to know that the brand you buy is the highest quality because brands can switch manufacturing plants, but one brand that is consistently mentioned in reviews for their quality is Verbatim.I've used their Archival Gold line for saving multimedia and data that I wish to last for a long time; it is extremely good. As for these re-writeable DVDs, they have never let me down. I've recorded (i.e., written to), erased, and re-recorded on the same disk multiple times with no loss of quality. You can't go wrong with Verbatim; that's why they're my favourite brand.
