We bought custom covers for our patio heaters. They sagged a little in the middle so we bought the velcro to tighten it up. Well, we live in Phoenix with many sequential days over 110°, and many more over 105! This velcro came loose and turned into a gooey mess. Lesson learned.

If it's not already clear, this is a roll of one side (the hook side) of a hook-and-loop (i.e. Velcro) fastener. One obvious application is in attaching "fuzzy fabric" to something. I (and others) have used this to secure a dashboard cover in place so it lays flat and slide around the vehicle. I also have a BedRug carpet kit in the back of my truck, and this material will help me secure it better.When I first began to test the product, it seemed to me that the adhesive was very weak. But in fact it bonds very well if you follow the instructions -- clean the surface thoroughly with alcohol, then press down hard for a while. It won't stick instantly, but it will with pressure and a little patience.

I am using this to make some 3d printed part be velcro-capable. The adherence is excellent and the adhesive seems to bond with the PLA almost like glue, and after a little time feels very sturdily "set". I anticipate it to be extremely difficult to come off and have no isues over the life of the product.

I was concerned about how well this "hook side" tape would adhere to the metal frame I pressed it on. Well not anymore, because this stuff is great. Sticks like mad! Allows slight curvature when needed, but lays down very straight. These hooks grab the existing velcro loops tightly- I am very impressed and I highly recommend this item.

Used this roll for my patch wall holds okay. Wouldn’t expect this to hold much more then a poster board.

Product very strong for attaching heavy items to Velcro wallboard. Items do not slip or fall off and stay positioned.
