Most wedge pillows I've tried are simply too upright and uncomfortable for overnight use. This pillow is comfortable and effective for me. It is flexible in that I can use it at the full 7.8" height (much less the other pillows) or remove the top memory foam pad to reduce the height to 5.8". So, while I primarily use the two pieces together for a good night's sleep during nights with a lot of reflux, I can remove the top memory foam for nights when my reflux is minimal.The memory foam can be adjusted up/down the lower high-density pillow to accommodate various heights and comfort. There is a Velcro strip atop each piece to keep them in place should you desire.Would buy again.

It could be useful for sleep apnea or acid reflux, but I was hoping it would help with comfort for post back surgery. Helped somewhat at first, but couldn’t get comfortable with it longer term. Cumbersome.

I have a much taller wedge that is hard foam and so uncomfortable. This one is the perfect height and softer but not too soft. I use it with thinner top piece at the bottom of the thicker one so it slopes more gently. It runs a little warm but fit under my fitted sheet and that made it better. I do have you use a less thick pillow than normal otherwise my neck is at the wrong angle. This has controlled headaches from sinus congestion I experience when laying flat.

Very Comfy and perfect size for me! I am a skinny 5’ 7” guys though.I was super skeptical about this because the small amount of reviews, but I had gotten a refund for another item I bought so I said why not, I’ll try it. Best decision I made. It does have a strong smell but I have boughten memory foam items before and they all come with a smell that will dissipate with time. This thing is so much comfier than the other wedge pillow I got. I took a nap with it after letting it air up for about an hour and man did I like it! It is smaller than the other wedge pillow I bought, but I knew that because of the measurements advertised.

I love the height of this wedge pillow. After trying to sleep with a 7.5" wedge pillow, this one is so much more comfy! Even with a bed pillow on top of it, I don't feel like I'm in an awkward position and don't wake up at the bottom of it. I use it without the extra thin piece.

I love the height of this wedge pillow. After trying to sleep with a 7.5" wedge pillow, this one is so much more comfy! Even with a bed pillow on top of it, I don't feel like I'm in an awkward position and don't wake up at the bottom of it. I use it without the extra thin piece.

My pillow was delivered in one day. It was packed very tightly. Upon opening it has a slight smell nothing to go crazy over. I sprayed it with Lysol and let it air out. Smell gone yayThis is my favorite pillow so comfortable and soft. Just perfect because I sleep on my back. And I think it’s a good price compared to the others one
