Not difficult to install. The rain shower head seems to be good build quality, the handheld shower head feels cheaper like thin plastic. Both work well having just installed this. The rain shower head could use a longer extension arm. Good quality for the cost. The switch for changing between the rain shower head is too high for some to reach. If you are sure you want a rain shower head I would look for a better quality one, if like me you wanted to see if you would like this kind of shower head I would say give it a chance. Do consider using your own pipe thread tape as the stuff supplied is not great quality.

I usually don't reviews on products, but I was so impressed with this shower head thought I should. Very well made,easy to install and design is excellent every option is showering is included . I'm not impressed often but this product definitely did. Need a shower head buy this one "GREAT PRODUCT"

The showerhead is very flexible and can be put at different angles. The spray is his firm and produces some mist. A pleasurable shower.Assembly is straightforward, don’t lose the set screw.Lots of flexibility in how you can angle the shower head and the hand spray works well too.The weakest link is the sticky pad on the back of the bracket for the hand sprayer. Mine just came off and didn’t work at all, probably going to use double-sided tape stuck onto the clean, dry surface of my shower.

The price attracted me so I went for it. Very pretty set and super easy to install. It does not come with the shower arm, so you can use the one you have or replace it if you want it to match. I was going from a chrome shower head to this one in matte black so I bought a matte black shower arm. That was the hardest part, getting the old shower arm off.Tips:-Have vise grips on hand to remove a, stuck, old shower arm.-buy some pb blaster spray to help with a stuck shower arm-buy sime plumbing tape-watch an install video, I watched home depots and it was great, made the process very easy-think about where you want you hand spray placement, before willy nilly placing it. I had to debate if I wanted it lower, so when the toddlers are in the shower, they can use that as their shower head or if I wanted it higher, so when my husband and I shower together, we each have our own shower head. I know, decision...decisions...picture shown without it installed because I still haven't decided, ha!No issues with installing, very easy. Enjoy!

I have decent water pressure at my house, but this thing makes it fantastic. The rainshower gives enough surface area to be drenching, though a lighter spray. The handheld is UNBELIEVABLE. It's like a firehose. Seriously, the water flies out of it.A great feature, too, is that you can use both the rainshower and the handheld at the same time. Obviously, the water pressure is divided between them, but they still work fabulously.My only complaint is that the wall mount for the handheld makes it straight up & down, so you have to select the rainshower before you turn it on. I've flooded my bathroom twice because it points straight at the back wall! The wall mount stick factor to the wall though - that's top notch. I didn't think it would hold, but it has so far and it's been a couple of months.

I spent days checking out the hundreds of shower heads listed on Amazon. I decided on this one because of the good size, square, rainfall shower head with two other spray options to choose from AND includes a separate handheld shower attachment which also has several spray options. It was VERY easy to install, works well, looks great, had next day delivery AND was extremely affordable. The only surprise, it was all plastic and had a "cheap" feel. I was pleasantly surprised at the QUALITY PERFORMANCE of the product and would ENTHUSIASTICALLY recommend this shower to friends & family!

Picked up a $200 rainfall shower system for my wife, and this was my consolation prize for the front bathroom. Figured it'd be just fine for rare use. Honestly, I prefer it to our main one, and that's all down to those really, really nice misters on both the main showerhead and the handheld unit. The rainfall mode's just fine, but the misters are particularly good -- nice retention of heat (a rare thing for air-mix mist heads), nice flow rate, nice experience, period. The arm is stable, the diverter knob is solid, twisting the showerhead to switch modes is easy, and....well, this set is really punching above its price point.Yes, there are more expensive, more solid kits out there, but this one is really, really nice for the price point. If you're into mist showers in particular, I think you'll like this one. I certainly did!
