Green Lights up when you plug in even if not charged. And it also would not charge. Need to plug it in to use it. I tried with different chargers.

3/5 stars due to the relative cheapness of the product, particularly given the price point. The product was useful to illuminate superficial veins on a couple of dehydrated patients. But, it's no better than similar units that are half the price (or less).UPDATE: While the product review remains the same, the seller provided excellent support, thus I would highly recommend the company.

To be honest I dont usually leave reviews, but this product deserves every praise, it is the best vein finder I have tried and trust me, I have tried some others, here some more explained details:Pros:-The device is so light you dont even know you have it in yourself-Cheap compared to competition-Very good build quality, feels solid in your hands.-You can see veins with really great detail in different type of skins even in not so skinny people and in elders.-Charge with USB type C which is a plus to just use my phone charger and the battery last a lot. It can last days on regular light use.-Patients love it, they feel safer knowing I have a clear view of the veins, so they trust more the process.Cons:-You need some practice to get the most of it and learn to recognize veins, but that was on me that didnt read first the manual, once you understand how to use it, it is a bliss and really intuitive.-All your colleagues will want to steal it from you if you are not carefull ahahhahahha.-That I didnt find it earlier in my life as a Health Care provider.

I’m amazed at this device, it's awesome, I’ve used other brands but this is the best quality so far, I can find veins so easy. Under $300.00 you wont find something better, dont loose time with cheaper options, no doubts this is a 5 stars product.
