Chopper was as described. Simple, easy to use, no mess. Definitely saves time. Not the highest quality, but a great value for the money, none the less.

Love this vegetable cutter, and works well. The cutting parts are not the easiest to clean, but you can after a while. Much sharper than I expected and was even able to cut through potatoes, saves a lot of time in cutting vegetables

This is a real handy gadget!!! I don't know why I didn't get one long before now. It has saved me a lot of time cutting and chopping up food. I make my salad's daily. I love salad's. This experience has made my manual choppy up food experience a breeze.Be careful because the blades are sharp!! I rinsed them thoroughly right after use with hot water. But if you have to wash them, use a brush and do it very slowly otherwise may cut yourself. Don't rush and you'll be okay. Highly recommended! 😁👍

Initially I cut myself pretty badly on the sharp blades. Be careful. Not hard to avoid once you have learned your lesson. It is fairly loud to operate so I can't use it when others are sleeping. I mainly use it to dice apples for snacking and love the way it does that. Cleaning apples off the parts is quick and easy. When I tried to chop walnuts, it took a while to dig the pieces out of the various parts. Still learning to use it but in general it is hard to keep the base in place when working with it in some cases, not a problem with apples, but carrots? This product has really helped me and I'm glad I bought it. Takes some getting used to.

So, I was on the hunt for a new kitchen gadget to simplify my veggie prep and thought I struck gold with the Enbowe Ultra-Sharp 420-Grade Hardened Stainless Steel Onion Vegetable Chopper Dicer. But, friends, it's with a heavy heart and a bit of potato shred that I report back: this one's a bit of a letdown.First impressions? The chopper feels more like a lightweight contender in a heavyweight fight - flimsy, if you will. I had visions of beautifully diced onions and perfectly sliced veggies, but reality had other plans. Then came the real test: waffle fries. Oh, the dreams I had! Sadly, the slicer turned out to be, well, pathetic. Instead of those criss-crossed beauties, I ended up with what can only be described as accidental hashbrowns. Not the goal, folks. It's a bummer, really, because I wanted to love this chopper. The idea of having a versatile tool for dicing, chopping, and slicing was exciting. Unfortunately, this chopper just couldn't stand up to the task. It felt too flimsy for the robust, kitchen adventures I had in mind. So, with a sigh and a shrug, I'm packing this one up for a return. The search for the perfect kitchen helper continues. If you're considering the Enbowe Chopper for heavy-duty tasks or those fancy waffle fries, you might want to keep looking. Here's to hoping our next kitchen gadget adventures end in success and not shredded potatoes.

the product is used to chop vegetables. The chopping surface is not large enough for many items and extra chopping is required but overall it works well

Im writing this review because I feel like most of the bad reviews are from people who dont know how to properly use and set up this device. I will admit I had an advantage. Theres a commercial grade version of this that is used in some kitchens but its mostly solid steel and aluminum and its $300 at best (Im a chef). So when it came to taking this out of the box and using it, I pretty much already knew how to use it. If you're having trouble with your grid blades lining up with the top piece and you cutter wont close fully, its because your blades are upside down or backwards. If your having trouble cutting veggies, make sure they're not too thick. Cut your carrots in half length wise with a knife, then use the chopper to dice. For onions, while you can put a whole half and force it through, you run the risk of eventually breaking your blades and dulling them faster. So slice them about half an inch thick as if you were making onion rings (but dont separate them) then take each of those slices and use the chopper to dice. If your tomatoes (should be sliced before using as well) are turning to mush, its because they're too soft. Firm fruits and veggies work best with this device. If youre using the mandolin blade, IT IS EXTREMELY SHARP. So be careful. Even as a chef, I'm still careful when I'm at work. A slicing glove can help but we typically dont use them in the kitchen for sanitary reasons and because they kinda make you look like a dork. This device is not dishwasher safe. Hand wash only and soak or clean it immediately to make cleaning easier. Plastic is absorbent, so it will probably stain eventually. Carrots, beets, or any fruit or veg that stains hands or clothes, may stain the device. My only complaint about this product is that once the blade grids click in, they're hard to get out at first, but after a few uses, they loosened up and now they're a breeze to switch out. Hope this helps.
