The compass worked. The speedometer is close after adjusting. The instructions are poor. Very small print and poorly written.

I ordered this for my daughter who just got her permit she has a lifted Ram with the needle style gauge and this helps her cause we knew the speedo was off with the bigger tires and she doesnt have to think about her speed. I would buy again

I wanted a way to see the speed I was running on that didnt require me looking at the old school speedometer on my vechile and this worked just fine!It can freak out ocassionally, say under a bridge but in general, it is able to give me speed I'm running on with accuracy (as mph) as well as the direction im heading, compass wise. I recommend it!

This came in today and I was excited to get it set up and installed in my old camping truck. Ive had a wiring issue for some time where my dash lights would come and go. My speedometer is the old school non-digital kind and with no dash lights veruy hard to see. With this mounted, I can easily see the time, my direction, and my speed. It is a little confusing to get set up correctly the first tim,e, but it does come with some instructions that make sense when you do it once or twice. A good product that works well, and is accurate within a mile or two per hour.

The speed reading is surprisingly accurate. I have an analog dial, and this looks to display within the same range. If you are really, really precise about your measurements, then there is a setting for fine tuning the readout.None of the ad's images show a cord. Because of that, I thought that there may be a degree of internal battery power. There is not. Fortunately, there is a really long USB cord supplied. Although, no USB charger.I get a kick out of the features. Particularly the way it defaults to showing the time when you are at 0 MPH, and then flips back to show your speed once you're moving again.Customizable coloring is fun. I'm sure that, if they only offered one color, then all the reviews would be about how they hate the color. Boom, problem averted. This part confuses me: "Convenient Head-up Display: The car head-up display projects all vital information directly onto your windshield, allowing you to keep your eyes on the road while accessing important data."Evidently it means to say: 'projects all vital information directly FROM your windshield'. As I have not found a way to get a readable image onto the windshield.

This is so convenient. The speedometer in my school's van broke and I've either been using a speedometer app on my phone or relying on the speedometer in Google Maps, both work great but they both require me to look at my phone which I obviously want to do as less as possible. This is off by maybe 2 or 3 MPH with Google Maps but seems to be slower rather than faster. Google Maps says I'm going 61 this will say 65. I find that pretty accurate enough and helps me with speeding. All that aside. it's a huge improvement over no speedometer.

The display is bright and easy to read, my speedo is off so I can't say how accurate it is, but I haven't gotten pulled over.
