These shelves are spacious and sturdy if installed properly. Rounded corners are a plus for tighter places. Support arms hinder usability somewhat, but are necessary. Assembly is easy and included hardware is adequate. You can definitely use your own as well if attaching to a hard wall. As far as holding the weight, you can fill both shelves to the brim and hang a bunch of stuff. Included hooks are really nice. Good buy overall.

The design is different than the description. The support bars are more to the center making it impossible to use the space next to them. The metal also has many black dots, from uneven coating

The install was a bit challenging but with two people is very do-able. Waiting to afford kitchen cabinets. This has been a life-saver. Looks good and holds all my heavy stainless steel cookware.

Mounting instructions would make installation much easier. Measurements or template. The product is very sturdy and looks great.

It's solid although obviously not of any fantastic build quality, as all of these similar pot racks on Amazon seem to be, if you're looking for architectural-grade look elsewhere. That being said it's more than fairly priced for what it is and has useful dimensions. I have no complaints.

I have had 2 of these in 2 different houses, and I really like them. It is a great size to hold all of my pots and pans. The shelves have a raised outer rim which keeps things from accidentally falling or being pushed off. The shelves are also a good height. There is a ton of space and hangers to hang pans. The chrome finish has held up well without flaking or discoloring.Assembly is easy, but mounting it to the wall squarely is a little challenge. I ended up using a tape measure and level, drilling holes for the top shelf mount first, mounting the rack to the wall and then marking the lower shelf holes, making sure to use a level to line them up with upper shelf holes. Once both shelves were mounted, I marked and drilled the holes for the top support. And having someone hold things is a huge help.Again, great pan rack and I'm very happy with it.

Other reviews mention that this is extremely wobbly until it is fastened to the wall, however I failed to grasp that idea until my husband and I were balancing on ladders holding it up trying to mark the wall (we have 12ft vaulted ceilings)... Also we found it very difficult to keep it from shifting side to side. I ordered a second one to put next to the first one and we are going to mount the center shelf first next time then connect the arm and bottom shelf to mount those after so that we can check each portion is level and not too far one direction or the other.Regardless of all of that, it looks great and is holding so many of my pots and pans. It is freeing up so much cabinet space already I cannot wait for the second one to be up.

The wall anchors that come with it are garbage!!! THROW THEM OUT and get good wall anchors that go IN the wall, not just sheet rock inserts. It gold a LOT of pots and pans. I dont use aluminum. I use cast iron and occassionaly stainless steel. This rack holds all of it! I decided not to test my wall anchors with my two large dutch ovens and put them back in the counter cabinet. However, if I had mounted the rack to wood that was anchored to the wall studs, I would have NO problem loading it up with all of my cast iron cook ware. I am VERY pleased with it.INSTALLATION:To install it, Its much easier to have a helper, a level and a pencil. Determine where you want the bottom shelf. Then, with an assistant, hold the shelf to the wall, level it side to side and mark the hole locations for the anchors. Install the two anchors to hold the bottom shelf. Then put the rack together. With the assistance of a helper, temporarily mount the bottom rack. then using a level, adjust the rack so that both shelves are level, front to back, then mark the top shelf holes. Remove the rack and install the top anchors. Finally, with an assistant, temporarily mount the lower and upper shelves to the wall. Then, using a level again, ensure shelves are level, front to back, and mark the location for the upper support anchors. Remove the rack one more time and install anchors. At this point you can mount the rack and tighten the anchors for a permanent mount.
