If you find yourself plugging and unplugged things like a game console. Save your ports with these. Snug connection and seems durable if you dont abuse them.

I use these for Firesticks. Sometimes, it is very difficult to plug in the stick because of its rigid design, coupled with TV design that may not accommodate it. This makes it much easier. Works well and is of good quality.

Nice flexibility for adding Roku stick into HDMI port in back of tv where indention in the back of most tv's makes things tight. Some people had issues with the stick getting hot and Roku will send you a free adapter that is similar, but I needed it right away. Good price, speedy shipping. Handy item to have around ordering extra with 2 pack.

I got these because I had a monitor where the HDMI port is vertical. Like it points toward the ground/table. Whenever something got bumped, it was putting stress on the cable and the port. After I plugged one of these in, the tension is gone! Both the literal tension and my mental tension from worrying that my HDMI port was going to come unsoldered from the monitor. I got an image and don't notice any picture issues or latency or handshake woes or anything, really. The cable is thin, and probably not shielded or anything, but it's like 3 inches long. It doesn't need to be all fancy.

This adapter/ extender works great. I have 3 Roku streaming sticks that started heating up and I started getting roku messages that my roku is "overheating message" I know they will send 1 extender free of charge for this problem. Not sure if they would send 3 so I just ordered what I needed to take care of my problem. I am not sure if it has anything to do with my recent updates around June 15th but it started occurring after that date. I would recommend it just to make it a little easier to access the roku not just the overheating problem

These worked perfect for connecting our Roku sticks to our wall mounted TV's.Omce we mounted the TVs, they were too close to the wall, so the Roku wasn't able to go into the TV's HDMI port (2 of our TV's only have the HDMI ports on the back-if they were on the side we wouldn't need these).Anyways, these little connectors were just long enough to put into the HDMI port of each TV, plug the Roku into the connector and still hide it behind the TV on the wall so that no wires were poking out from the top or sides. There have been no quality issues at all, they work perfectly, the picture is just as clear as it was before when we had it plugged directly into the actual port on the TV, and it takes nothing away from the clean 4K image on our LG TV's. And the price (for 1 let alone 2) is a steal!I always worry with purchasing any type of electronics, cables, etc due to fire hazards and so many reviews claiming damage (so I read ad nauseum to make sure there aren't negative reviews due to fire/heat- there weren't any safety concerns that I could find with these). And I can attest that these connectors maintain a consistent temperature and don't overheat (yep, I'm that person who turns off the power strip/wall switch connected to the TV's and unplugs anything with a heating element before leaving the house-when you have an off TV catch fire in the middle of the night while you're asleep, it'll change your life!). But with these, I don't worry if I forget to leave the switch on. And I'm so glad we bought them. They were so quick and easy to pop right on (literally less than 10 seconds).Thanks to the company for making a good, honest product!And thanks Amazon for always getting our items here much faster than most of us really need. We're really lucky to have such a luxury right at our fingertips.

The set of the 2 of these is great value. I have one on a laptop that gets moved around a lot, and the HDMI cable of the external monitor gets yanked out and put back into it a couple of times everyday. I was concerned that over time the HDMI port of the laptop would get damaged. Now it's this adaptor that takes the abuse and it can easily be replaced. The adaptor works as expected and I notice no degradation in image quality. The only thing is the female end of the adaptor is quite tight and it takes a bit of effort to remove the monitor connector from it. Also, the adaptor is a bit longer than I expected, but that's not the adaptor's fault...
