This is my first jock strap ever. It was exactly what I needed when I got my procedure done. The material is comfortable and durable, and is very breathable. It did what I needed it to, which is keep my boys high and tight. The gel packs they come with also really help.

What a relief! I thought about it and thought about it to purchase this jockstrap. What a game changer. It comes with two ice packs which is very helpful. You can use one and be ready for another one later. Easy insertions for the ice packs. The stretchy fabric is forgiving in many ways. Along with the soft yet firm straps. Not like traditional jockstraps that are hard and edgy. This Jock is for any type of scrotal relief. Perfect for post op surgery. Don't sweat it, just relax and chill man! Your boys will thank you!

My recovery was smooth and I largely attribute to this underwear. I was initially hesitant to wear a jockstrap, but this is a must. I’m a doctor myself, and I was able to go back to work 4 days later. I wore the jockstrap under normal underwear for about a week and used it the first few times returning to sport. I’m normally a size 32 waist and I wore the medium. Don’t hesitate!

I am very happy with this product. The fit was excellent and the ice packs worked great. The ice packs are high quality and are flexible when frozen which is great for shaping them for a proper fit. The pouch was very useful and made changing out packs easy. I tried with and without the jock strap and the support and comfort was undeniable. This is a must have for comfortable recovery.

As other have stated, the ice packs are cold and do a good job. They do cool quickly so having 4 would have been nice but after the first day I would rotate through the two just fine.I wore the jock outside my boxer briefs. The boxer briefs provide good support but the jock adds the extra you need.The special thing about these though that I was surprised at how well it worked was the ice packs. When they cool they are basically gel packs. This add protection and pretty much adds a gel cushion around your jewels. I was able to move around and behave almost as normal on day two because these things were like pillows for my nuts after they were no longer cool.These things made my week after easy, like mild discomfort at best.

I bought these and the boxer brief version because I wasn't sure sure which I'd like better, and ive never worn a jock, but these worked out better, wore them under regulamboxer briefs for the weekend. I wear boxer briefs daily so thought I'd like that version of Undeez better, but the boxer brief version have a horizontal seam right across the area that you just had stitched and made it uncomfortable, so this jock version wins in that regard. Sizing worked ok, I bought a medium as I'm ~32in waist and they're maybe a little narrow but did the job. The 2 ice packs was great, but I was glad to have a total of 4 (since 2 also came with the Undeez boxer briefs i also bought). I spwmt the weekend trying to stay as horizontal a spossible or legs raised (Dr recommendation) and iced basically 30mins on 30 off, rotating through 4 ice packs for the first 2 days and kept from any serious swelling/bruising, and was good to go after. I did keep wearing these for the rest of the week for extra support just without the icepacks. The ice packs don't last real long, but also is useful that stay slightly flexible/moldable, you can sort of cup them into position. These 100% helped ensure a quick recovery, and saved from having to rotate through crushed ice in a baggie or struggling with correct placement with a bag of frozen corn/peas. Do it.

I'm very glad I bought this, but it has two shortcomings: 1) one of the ice packs ruptured from bending it while frozen to fit the groin after 3 days of intermittent use, and 2) I sowed some overlap into the side supoort straps to actually get some upward ball support down below from the back. The side straps are too elastic to provide good support at their factory length, especially when carrying the load of an ice pack. Otherwise, it's a GREAT product and maybe still the best our there even with these issues. I was able to make it work well for me and it was very nice in all other aspects.
