Update: Seller stepped up with a partial refund as I decided to keep the table. As I mentioned below, I had already put alot of time into assembly. Bottom line: The table did fit the bill for what I wanted, but I still think it's too expensive for the quality. My suggestion to the seller was to lower the cost for future buyers. I hope they take that advice.This was by far one of the worst purchases I've ever made. I wanted to love this table as I thought it would fit the bill. I tried to keep an open mind while putting it together remembering everything 'said' here in the reviews. First-yes, it came in a small box which translates to 100s of pieces and the instructions are terrible. Second-and when things come in 100s of pieces the chances of things not lining up or ending with a slight twist to the end-product is very real. Lots of structure integrity is lost when there are so many places for things to not line up. Third-I kept telling myself, you get what you pay for and I expected some 'cheapness', but I can tell you my idea of 'cheap' and the actual results of my experience with this table did not match. I wouldn't give $10 for this table brand new, $5 at a secondhand store. Fourth-Why didn't I return? Because I had already invested alot of time trying to make it right and that 'value' I can't get back. Bottom line: If I could give this purchase a no-star review, I would.

Where to start?THE TABLE..... We repainted our hallway and were looking for a narrow table since it's a fairly narrow hall. The measurements were exactly what we wanted. The table fits great and I would give it an 8 or 9 out of 10 for looks.THE BUILD......oh mercy.When the box arrived, I was sure I was sent the wrong item. There's no way that an entire table fits in this little box, right? Wrong. Your table arrives in about 30 pieces. My husband sat on the floor and matched all the pieces according to the directions. Begin assembly. I was in another room and about an hour in I heard some very colorful language. Then quiet. I'm thinking, ok, just a small snag, no big deal. 30 min later, I hear a string of profanities that I have never heard before. I can only assume he channeled his long gone ancestors for every colorful word known for generations. After 2 hours, he did get the table assembled however this is what he would like anyone interested in purchasing it to know.1. The holes don't line up.2. FOUR pieces are labeled wrong.3. Some holes have weld in them4. Cheap screws and an odd size allen key5. If you have lg hands, it's more difficult to assemble.6. Just throw the instructions away and use common sense.7. The label stickers come off very easy though.

I bought this table (39.4" wide version, in Heather Greige + Ink Black) as a headboard for a standard twin bed. Unconventional, yes, but it works perfectly for what I needed. I zip-tied the legs to the bedframe, and now I have a multi-shelf space for a lamp, alarm clock, tissue box, etc. This narrow table would also fit perfectly behind a sofa and serve a similar purpose, or as an entry table in a narrow space. It's easy to put together, sturdy, and was a perfect fit for my unusual need. I think it's a great value regardless of how you decide to use it in your home. It's sturdy with simple, clean lines, and comes in multiple colors.

relatively easy to put together, fits perfectly where i needed it to. one of the screw holes doesn’t line up, so i just skipped the screw in that spot entirely but it’s fine for what it is. the planks are also imperfectly cut so there’s a gap between the boards on the second tier. not super noticeable from afar, but definitely enough to bother me.

I needed a narrow table for a small alcove area. It had to be no more than 8 inches. This is exactly 8 inches wide. It was easy for me to put together and took probably less than 10 minutes- the quality is fine for my needs - does not wiggle. Comes with straps to attach to wall but I didn’t not need to use them.

Nice table. Matches well with my coffee table. Fits perfectly in the space I needed it. Seems very study. Easy to follow directions. Well labeled and stickers remove easily.Did not like using the small hex wrench on the numerous screws. Would rather have had Phillips head screws. Each shelf comes in two pieces. Would have looked nicer if each shelf was one solid piece. The black frame seems study but had several small white marks. A couple of screw holes did not match up.I would recommend this piece of furniture though.

I tried putting this shelf together, following the given instructions. Holes don't line up at all in certain spots, frame is slightly bent, making it more wobbly, and the paint is unfinished on the metal. The allen key provided is cheap and stripped right away. The head of the screws also strip easily. I would not recommend this item for purchase.

I bought this pretty aware that it was cheap and probably not perfect but I just needed a simple table for my plants so I wasn't too picky. I was immediately turned off when I realized the company was deceptively not showing the shelves being 3 separate boards but went forward with assembling. Things went well until the very end when it became clear it wasn't going to work out due to the parts included not fitting properly.I was on the last couple steps of assembling it when I was faced with a set of bolt holes that clearly weren't made large enough for the provided bolts. When I encountered the first one I assumed it was just a one off defect but upon trying the other 3 it became clear this was probably a larger issue with this manufacturer. The bolts were so cheap that there was simply no way to just "elbow grease" it because all attempts just led to the bolt getting stripped. I tried different bolts and different tools and in the end was forced to remove the final attempted bolt with pliers because of how shredded it was.I then had to completely disassemble it in order to return it and after all that, I can definitely say it's better to just spend the extra $20-$30 to get the next comparable console table to this one and avoid the mess.

I truly don't like to leave had reviews but I don't recommend this table. I spent what felt like hours researching tables like this at different sites (I wanted a narrow table to fit between a bed and a wall). I like that this one had a crossbar at the bottom. It was also very inexpensive, which should have given me a clue as to what to expect. I will say that the item was well-packed and the directions clear but there are a number of negatives - one of the holes wasn't punched through the metal so I wasn't able to attach a screw, therefore I am unable to put anything remotely heavy on that shelf; two of the screw holds didn't like up no matter what I did, also lessening the strength and rigidity of the piece; and when I opened one of he bags, a substance came out and got into my eyes and lungs (it could have been some of the powder coat as it wasn't done well at all on that part of the leg). Also, I failed to notice that the boards aren't one long piece but in fact are three separate pieces. This makes for a smaller box that was easier to ship but be aware of that. It was also a pain to attach the shelves to the legs; the whole piece took longer to build than it should have and I'm experienced, and actually enjoy, putting things like this together.In short, I don't recommend it and I expect that it will last a few years before it gets bent (because I couldn't build it properly). I don't like to leave negative reviews but I just didn't have a good time with this one. I actually purchased two to these but am returning one of them because I am so disappointed.
